Culinary & Nutritional Experience Design

Creator of a health-focused culinary concept and developer of curated breakfast and brunch experiences that celebrate both savory and sweet dishes. 

As a culinary consultant and former food business owner, I have focused on creating nutritionally balanced recipes using natural ingredients, avoiding refined sugars, artificial sweeteners, and highly processed products that may negatively impact the body. 

This philosophy also inspired the creation of Puffit™ Cookie Treats—a collection of nourishing cookies designed to demonstrate that mindful ingredients and exceptional flavor can coexist. 

My belief is simple: 

food should nourish the body, support long-term well-being, and remain a source of genuine enjoyment.
